  • LightWise Technology allows the controller to reduce lamp power during periods of no water flow. By adjusting the lamp power, water temperature is maintained below 40˚C (104˚F), the rate of sleeve fouling is consequently reduced by as much as 60%, resulting in estimated energy savings of 30%.

Validated with NSF 55 Class A, the PRO 10 offers outstanding UV disinfection performance for commercial applications. Rated for flow rates up to 10 gpm (38 lpm) at 40 mJ/cm².

Water Quality Parameters

  • Hardness < 7 grains (120 mg/L). Install a WECOTM UXC water softener upstream of the UV system if hardness exceeds 7 grains.
  • Iron < 0.3 mg/L. Install a WECOTM Katalox Light backwash iron filter upstream of the UV iron concentration exceed 0.3 mg/L.
  • Tannins < 0.1 mg/L. Consult a WECOTM certified water specialist if your water analysis shows a higher Tannin concentration. We will custom design an anion-exchange tannin resin regenerative system tailored to your needs.
