WECO Return Policy
Items purchased at wecofilters.com may be returned either to a store or by mail, unless stated otherwise. Most unopened items in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.
Items purchased from dealers or resellers and not wecofilters.com directly are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
How will I be refunded for my return?
In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. In the event you used multiple forms of payment, your refund may be issued across all payment methods used.
For information about refunds to a third-party credit card, contact your card-issuing financial institution.
Can I return or exchange an item without a receipt?
You can access or print a copy of your receipt for a wecofilters.com purchase by signing into your wecofilters.com account.
We can also attempt to look up the receipt for your purchase. Be ready to provide your order information including your full name, shipping address, product model number and date of purchase.
How do I return a large item to WECO?
Most unused items, including large items, can be returned to a WECO store. Some large items, such as commercial reverse osmosis filters and backwashing media filters need to be shipped through an LTL carrier. To determine if your item is eligible for a return, have your order information handy and call us. We will help you arrange the return shipment through one of our discounted LTL partners. Return shipping cost and a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Can I return an item I bought that was on sale?
You can return items on sale with a receipt within the appropriate return window depending on the item. Price adjustments can't be made on sale items or on items for which you don't have the receipt.
How long will it take for my return or exchange to process?
Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed. We will email you once it is processed. If you've requested an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on your new order if it is shipping to the US. If you would like to expedite the exchange process, please return your original item and place a new order for the item you want.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please call us and we will help you exchange or return the item.
